Order online or by phone, we aim to dispatch in stock items the same
day if you order before 2.30pm!! All orders are packaged with great
care to ensure safe delivery. All orders are delivered via Royal Mail
or Next Day Courier service. All deliveries will be made between Monday
to Friday. We can deliver to your home or work address if more
convenient. All orders will need to be signed for upon delivery.
The delivery charge is automatically added to your order and you will
see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order.

An order with multiple items will only be charged one postage charge
per delivery address. For example if you ordered one box of Belgian chocolates
to one household you will only be charged £5.95 once for the postage.
If you ordered 6 boxes of Belgian chocolates to one house hold you would only be charged £7.95 once for the postage.
Unfortunately
we have to charge carriage but we attempt to keep it to a minimum and
believe our charges are the lowest in the industry.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping, please contact our customer service team on
admin@chocolatehouse.co.uk to discuss your requirements.
International orders are sent via worldwide courier service,
tracking numbers can be supplied upon request. International orders
will usually arrive within 7-14 working days.
