Browne's blend tiny chips of fine dark and milk continental chocolate to produce this superb hot chocolate drink mix.
Place 4 or 5 teaspoons in a mug, add a little boiling water and mix thoroughly.
Top up with hot milk and stir very well. It's delicious.
Microwave enthusiasts will have their own ways, no doubt!
Browne's Drinking Chocolate comes in a smart re-useable tin. When you've finished it, you can either order a refill, or keep it for storing other items.
The tin is filled with 400 grams of drinking chocolate.
Milk Chocolate : 35% minimum cocoa solids, 13% minimum milk solids
Dark Chocolate : 52% minimum cocoa solids.
